Shipping Options

All standard orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post and include tracking.
Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 1–4 business days (depending on location)
- Cost: $18.00
Express orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post and include tracking.
Please note: Selecting Express Post will only speed up delivery time once your order has been processed — it does not shorten our processing period.
Processing Times
We carefully prepare and pack each order right here in the Riverina.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $250.
Orders under $250 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will automatically apply at checkout — no code needed.
Delivery Delays
We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, but once dispatched, delivery times may vary due to postal delays or regional factors (especially during peak periods or public holidays).
We appreciate your patience — we’re always happy to help track an order if something seems delayed.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return in exchange for a store credit.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unused, and undamaged)
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging

To start a return, email us at hello@rusticridge.com.au. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
- Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
