Our long-sleeve work shirts are made from lightweight yet durable 100% cotton twill. The natural cotton fabric is breathable and comfortable against the skin while still having enough strength and structure for regular wear.
It feels light enough for warm days but doesn’t feel thin or flimsy. Just a good-quality work shirt made to be worn properly.
Bigger pockets, because people actually use them
One of the biggest frustrations we heard was that work shirt pockets were often too small to be useful.
So we made ours larger.
The functional chest pockets give you room for the things you need close by, while the handy pen opening saves you from digging around every time you put one down somewhere “safe.”
Your phone should fit in a pocket without half of it hanging out. It shouldn’t be a big ask, yet here we are.
Made to move with you
Country work doesn’t involve standing still and looking neat for a photo.
There’s reaching, bending, lifting, climbing through fences and getting in and out of the ute roughly 47 times before lunch. Your shirt needs to move along with you.
Back pleats create extra room through the shoulders, so the shirt doesn’t pull tightly when you reach forward or lift your arms. The relaxed fit also gives you room to move without feeling oversized or shapeless.
Extra length where it matters
We added an extended back hem so the shirt can be tucked in properly and stay there while you work. It also gives you more coverage if you prefer wearing it untucked.
The sleeves have extra length too, with two-button adjustable cuffs. You can wear them long for added coverage, adjust the cuffs to suit or fold them back for a more standard sleeve length.
It’s a small detail, but one that makes a big difference if you’re tired of sleeves creeping halfway up your arms.
Reinforced for regular wear
Work clothing gets washed, worn and put through far more than the average shirt.
Our work shirts are finished with reinforced double-stitched seams for added strength. The fabric, stitching and fit were all chosen with regular wear in mind, because a work shirt needs to do more than look good when it first arrives.
We wanted something that could handle busy days while still feeling comfortable enough to keep wearing afterwards.
Practical fits made for women and men
Our women’s and men’s work shirts are designed with comfortable, practical fits that allow room to move.
Choose your usual size for comfortable everyday movement, or size down if you prefer a neater, more fitted look. Our women’s shirts are available in sizes 6 to 22, because practical, good-quality workwear shouldn’t stop at a size 14.
The half-button front keeps the shirt easy to wear, while contrast details and the embroidered Rustic Ridge logo give it a little personality without taking away from its practical design.
Designed and tested in the Riverina
These shirts weren’t rushed through because we needed another product to sell.
They were drawn, adjusted, sampled, worn, tested and changed until the details felt right. We live the same busy country days our clothing is made for, so we know how quickly an annoying fit, short sleeve or useless pocket can ruin an otherwise good shirt.
